1. Platform Nature

Mover.city ("Platform", "Company", "we", "us") operates as a marketing and referral platform connecting individuals and businesses ("Users") with independent moving companies and logistics providers ("Service Providers").

• We do not provide moving services.
• We are not a carrier, broker, or freight operator.
• We do not transport goods.
• We do not supervise or control moving projects.

All agreements are strictly between Users and Service Providers.

2. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

Service Providers listed on Mover.city are independent businesses. We do not verify licenses, insurance, USDOT numbers, regulatory compliance, or safety history.

Users are solely responsible for verifying credentials before hiring any moving company.

3. No Endorsement

Listings, rankings, reviews, badges, or featured placements do not constitute endorsement or recommendation.

4. AI & Pricing Disclaimer

The Platform may display estimated moving costs, distance calculations, or service comparisons generated through automated systems or artificial intelligence.

• Estimates are informational only.
• Prices are not binding quotes.
• Final pricing is determined by the Service Provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Mover.city shall not be liable for:

• Property damage
• Lost or damaged goods
• Delays
• Carrier negligence
• Financial losses
• Personal injury

Total liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid to the Platform in the prior 12 months, whichever is less.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mover.city from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Contracts with Service Providers
• Violation of laws or regulations

7. Premium Listings & Subscriptions

• Payments are for advertising exposure only.
• No guarantee of leads or revenue.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew.
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

8. Call Recording Notice

Calls placed via tracking numbers may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, compliance, and fraud prevention.

9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. Users waive the right to jury trial and class actions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
